Welcome to Cross to the Mountain Ministries, a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit answering God’s call to serve in Costa Rica. We are devoted to helping men in recovery and children living in poverty experience hope, healing, and transformation through Jesus Christ.

We believe every act of compassion — every meal, every prayer, every moment of service — can change a life forever.

Our Mission

To follow God’s call by serving those in need — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — while giving all glory to Him.

Our ministry focuses on two primary missions in Costa Rica:
• Casa de Amor (House of Love) — a men’s recovery center providing structure, counseling, and spiritual renewal.
• Children of Cocal — a church-based outreach feeding and mentoring children from one of the poorest communities in Quepos.

Through your prayers and support, lives are being rebuilt, families are being restored, and faith is being renewed across Costa Rica.

Our Heart and Calling

The Cross represents a place of suffering and sacrifice. The Mountain symbolizes revelation, transformation, and the glory of God.

We believe that every person has a journey — from the struggles of the cross to the triumph of the mountain. Through God’s power, we move from pain to purpose, from hardship to healing, and from brokenness to new life.
